Young Adult Bible Study with PiE! For folks in their 20s and 30s 

Jonah: Swallowed by an Empire
8 Week Series

Facilitated by a PiE pastor, this interactive bible study will explore the book of Jonah through lenses of Queer Theology, Feminist Theology and Liberation Theology…. With a Mennonite twist! 

*accessibility notes: wheelchair accessible building, single user all gender washrooms available
*transportation notes: close to the Allen St. Ion stop and the Spur Line Trail. Free parking is available at the church.

This year’s book is the book of Jonah!
Teams of 6 will collect pledges from friends and family to support PiE’s ministry with LGBTQ+ young adults and then gather online to compete with other teams on Jonah based trivia questions.

Fall Retreat 22

Join us on November 6th for our Fall Retreat focusing on Queer Joy facilitated by Becca Sawyer (PiE Development and Communications Manager).

This retreat will centre the joy, celebration, feelings and experiences of 2SLGBTQ+ folks with opportunities to get to know each other, share our experiences, and celebrate the gift of queerness together.

We encourage those who are actively practicing allyship to join us! Please note that this retreat is not designed as a learning opportunity or as a place to receive a 2SLGBTQ+ 101 education.
